You might think this is impossible, but I've heard that smiling can actually lower your blood pressure! Give it a try. If you have a home BP kit take your bp before you smile and again a minute after you start smiling. Let me know what happens:) You can always go to your local grocery store or pharmacy. They usually have electronic BP monitors.

Smiling to Beat Negativity

Did you know that smiling can help us feel more positive? Try this test. Put a big smile on your face then try to think of something negative. Hard, isn't it? Use a smile to keep yourself in a better mood and keep problems in perspective.

Smiling to Look Younger

I don't know about you, but when I smile I look and feel younger! Just stand in front of a mirror and give it a try.
